different weight.(about 30 pounds difference),structural integrity..different sized output spline for the driveshaft.
Seeing as one trans will only hold about 225 hp(N/A) and the other is Made to hold more(TII) ,it is like night and day.

It's fine for an NA. A TII transmission will have better internals, but using one with an NA engine and rear end requires a custom driveshaft, TII trans crossmember, TII starter, TII flywheel, TII clutch/p-plate and TII slave cylinder.
