toss up...info/links please

need some input/suggestions

i have the opportunity to buy an rx7 right now. only issue is id have to build the rotary engine....
how hard is that?

any sites or links you all can come up with for me that i should check out?

would you get an rx7 that has one great body an requires engine build(has all parts required) or get one with an avg body and possible cold start issues(havent seen this one yet)?

one is a 90 gxl (lot of assembly required...better body) and the other is a 91 gxl (no assembly required...avg/good body) as well i believe.

haha...yea ive searched and am continuing such.....didnt know if there were any off forum good places to check on the engine/rotary rebuild and such.

the FAQs helped alot on buying one and what to look for, so i applaud the multiple links and write ups i found within FAQs and even some of the "new member technical threads".

2-3 engines completely apart though and little knowledge on rotaries, is why i am at a toss up on the complexity of assembling my own rotary engine.

mainly what i guess i could use is a good link or name (forgot the bname of it...read about it last night) of the rotary engine rebuild manual.

please...

Rebuilding a 13b is not all that bad its very simple compared to most conventional engines. If you want to rebuild one I would recommend the following.

The factory service manual Here

Otherwise a Haynes repair manual is awesome I picked mine up at an autozone in my hometown.

if you are more into Dvds then I would go with

either the Mazdatrix Dvd or Bruce T's rebuild dvd

I hope I got you all the info you wanted.
