On the topic of lights...
So the other day I was looking at my lights and decided I like my European/ fog lights more than the flip up lights.
I was wondering, can I put something like halogen bulbs or something to that affect in my lower light slots,
and maybe get custom lenses and use them instead of my flip ups??
I have a 1989 FC3S GTUs RX7
I need to take a straight on picture, but you can sorta see all the lights.

I suppose you're referring to the FTP (Flash To Pass) lenses. They are located directly under the flip-up headlights.
I believe there's a modification somewhere that allows you to operate your headlights while they are down. This would cause the beam of light to pass through the FTP lenses. I've not seen anyone create a custom FTP lense to allow them to use the FTP's as their primary headlight source.
The car you purchased is a BEAUTIFUL car. (I saw that particular Craig's List "for sale" ad.) It is by far one of the nicest GTUs models out there. Why don't you like the flip-up headlights?

Yeah, I basically wanted those, and the ones near my bumper to work and not use the flip ups. Its not that I dont like the flip ups, although at first I didnt....Its just that the ones I have in there I think would look better than the flip ups if they were alittle brighter.
And Thanks, It's my baby, I drove a 1992 Oldsmobile Achieva from when I was 16-21 and this is only my second car. But I couldnt like it more.

A cop would not mess with you if you had HID lights, using the pop-ups. I'm not sure how much light you could get through the FTP's.
