Howdy. I saw a listing for a 1979 RX7 with a glass sunroof. I looked to see if I could find one for my car but only found 1980 and newer. They had the latches like the 85 that I had so I was wondering is the 1979 sunroof design exclusive to that year?

 

Yes, they are a flip up hinge type, 78-80 I believe, 81-85 use the manual crank type.
