Ok I have a 93 rx7 my problem started about a month ago before my turbos went bad and I replaced them so after I've replaced them then I really figured I had a diff problem then me fogging my street for skitters so the set up I have is 3 in full exhaust and non seq turbos running 8 psi but this is my issue I can crank my car it turns over but no start but every once in a while I can tape the gas and boom it starts or I can be driving on the road and try to see if I can start it driving down the road and 70 % of the time but I can push it off every time battery is new full filter is me new plugs and wires it seem to be getting spark so Im stumped did compression test passed so I'd like any advice please guys

What exactly is it doing? Does the starter engage and the engine cranks but doesn't start? Or does it just 'click' without the starter engaging?

I'm an old fossil, so I'm not sure what "fogging my street for skitters" means. But you'll tend to get more and better responses if you proof-read a little.....especially once you leave the New Member Section. Not to be a **** about it, but you also left a paragraph-length sentence.

Could it be possible your plugs are flooded? As Sgtblue said, not quite sure what you're talking about some of the time...
Are you saying that the car smokes?

Sorry guys for the long delay my brother got a divorce.family comes before the FD. so the starter will engage and it was smoking because the turbos was bad but not now. Changed plugs three times and gets a good spark.

You need fuel, compression and timing with that spark. I would start by checking for fuel. Then a compression test if needed.

I agree, start with fuel since you have spark. If it continues to crank without turning over id guess your spark plugs would be wet; if you're getting fuel.
Check the voltage at your fuel pump, I think that's a good place to start.
