strange sequential boost problem...

pretty sure this one hasn't been covered before (honest!).

at WOT my boost cycles off and on about twice a second. if i back off a tiny bit but keep within the boost threshold it'll hold 10-12psi all day, any revs without a problem, transitioning to the 2nd turbo without a problem. here's my dyno graph for a bit of illustration:

car is stock twins, straight through exhaust, simplified rats nest.

my theory is that i've plugged the wrong solenoid into the wrong bit of the loom so instead of cycling the WG it's doing the CRV or something, dumping all the boost. doesn't really have an effect on drivability and it's never spiked or overboosted.

here's the simplified diagram i used for the vac lines:

here's a couple of pages out of the wiring diagram:

am i right in thinking:

(E)Turbo Control - B1-30 Turbo Control 1 Brown
(Unmarked)Turbo Control - B1-31 Turbo Control 2 Black
(F)Charge Control - B1-32 Charge Control White
(H)Charge Relief - B1-34 Charge Relief Black

(I) and (J) i've not got a problem with as they're keyed to what they should be. I'm thinking i've mixed up (H) and the unmarked one as they're both black, although i could also have mixed up the unmarked one and (E)

cheers,
