Question starting problems fc 1988 rx7 HELP PLEASE!

sometimes i crank and no start i have to go to the chips and take one out crank again put it back in and crank till it starts and white smoke comes out of my pipe.
whats wrong with my car? how do i fix it?

your engine is flooded, my 89 gtu does the same thing. I'd like to know if there is a fix.

Yeah, sounds like your engine is flooding. Could be a number of things though..

Have you replaced/tested your injectors?

One bandaid fix is to install a fuel cut off switch.. though depending on how bad your car is flooding, it may or may not work..

well an update to this solution which i was told when you crank the key and not starting its flooding the engine but the purpose for it not starting is a weak ignition switch, my friend had same problem and replaced a new ignition switch and the problem never happened again...
