stainless zip ties

okay so i bought a set of these when i bought my header wrap for the downpipe. the time has come for me to weld in a couple bungs so removal of the stainless zip lines is needed.
however, this seems to be quite difficult - if not totally impossible.

my question to you is; how do you remove these? i would like to re-use them because i paid $15 for them but if not, can i use steel hose clamps?

thanks in advance

Not sure about the zip ties but I have heard of people having their headers crack because of the heat wrap. Happened to my friend in is NA built ford focus LOL anyways not sure if that applies to downpipes but I wouldn't be wrapping mine anytime soon.
