I'm not interested on the newness of the battery but the working condition of the multimeter.

 

And another thing. There are two types of Brown wires at each of these sensors, one is Br/W while the other is Br/B. The Br/B wires are grounds so if you are measuring these wires then you would get a close to 0 voltage becauses these are ground wires and not voltage wires. So, are you sure you are measuring the proper wires w/key to on?

 

I was advised to try Lucas Fuel Treatment to see if it helped at all

 

I'll run the tests again to be safe

 

The car works now, fully functional. There was a twelve pin connector under the dash that wasn't connected all the way T_T go figure
