you're gunna have to give a little more info. Like what kind of car do you have? do you have pretty deep pockets? are you mechanically inclined? did you do any searches on the forum? you aren't the first one to want to do it, and a lot of people are discouraged when they find out everything that has to be done.

buy a single turbo kit first, then removed your old twin turbo and put it the new 1. its gonna take lots of TIME and MONEY in order to convert to the single turbo.
good luck

The problem is, your question was like asking "how do I build a house?". It was far too generic to really provide any answers.

You need to do this:
-purchase single turbo kit
-install standalone EMS system with an upgraded fuel pump and injectors
-install FMIC
-upgrade clutch
-install appropriate gauges
-fabricate things like an intake and downpipe
-tune it

There is a single turbo forum on this website that can help get you started. Take a look at the FAQ in both the single turbo forum and the main FD forum.
