should i buy a 93 rx7 for $9750?
Ive seen that Fd that eternal gamer is selling here on the forum. It looks like a good deal. Odds are a bank wont finance you for a car made in 94 .
Its depends how much money you need , financial situation, and what you plan on doing with your car (DD or weekend). These cars are cost lots of $$$ to maintain and aren't the best daily drivers.
If your in a situation where you just want it now and your not really hurting for money , then go for it (its what I did really). Remember there is going to be a lot of parts to be replaced and cost $$$ to replace them.
All in all if you can support your payments and have a some money to buy parts and live comfortably then go for it.

The only loan you could do is either a personal loan or a signature loan(basiclly the same thing) these loans are usually for 3 years max and come with a very high interest rate, dont strap yourself into a loan thats going to limit your ability to fixup and maintain the car .
