Go into more detail on the power loss you're experiencing. As a start, you should pull engine codes to see if any sensors are malfunctioning. http://www.teamfc3s.org/info/article...odes/main.html.

Exclamation no codes all good still no power over 4 grand

ok i went and tested my ecu and every thing is ok i wired my 5th and 6th ports open and no difference shift light comes on still i have put a lot of time in to fixing this with no luck
i tested my tps and crank sensor and coil packs all good could it b a bad ecu also ran carb cleaner it runs great under 4 grand its like i have lost 50 percent power and i can only think it got to be something with the shift light coming on
do u know if that light it directly connects to the ecu

Make sure the boost sensor is plugged in.

Check the condition of your grounds: http://www.aaroncake.net/rx-7/grounding.htm

Clogged cats?

When was the last time the fuel filter was changed?

Secondary injectors unplugged?

The shift up light is ECU controlled, but it's not a symptom of anything I've heard of or seen personally. It comes on when shifting would be best for fuel economy. The controlling factors are gear, RPM & throttle position.

Check out the things Aaron listed. Cats can be inspected visually; look for fused opening or broken pieces rattling around. The secondary injectors can be tested with a multimeter either at the ECU (pin outs in the manual), or at the injector plugs themselves. You should see 12V on them. Since they come on at 3800 RPM, they'd be the first thing I would check.
