TN Seatbelt light blinking when seatbelt is on?

I bought a '94 FD a few months ago an when I got it, it was an intermittent problem. Now the light is blinking all the time. It doesn't chime, just blinks. Anybody have an idea of what the fix is? Mazda wanted to charge me $95 just to look at it.

Check the connector to the seat belt. There is a wire that goes to the "inner belt" on the transmission tunnel. It tells the car when the Seat belt is not done up.
That connector could be loose,Or a wire is.

I had the same problem on my '94. It was bad capacitors on CPU 2. It was pretty obvious which were bad. Once I took the CPU apart the leads were burned out. I replaced the Caps and the problem was fixed. Also my battery leak stopped too.

I'm a new 94' FD owner. I currently have this issue now. My questions are: Where is the CPU located? Anyone have pictures or step by step on how to fix this issue? Thank You.
