FL In search of CPU fix for '90 GTU

I'm looking to do a full restore on my FC, and currently my CPU needs some help. My right turn signal doesn't work at all. You can hear it clicking (faster than normal) when you try to engage it, but it just doesn't work. It doesn't work when you go to use the hazards either. I've checked the bulbs, so I know those aren't the issue. Anyone willing/able to help me out here? Local help would be preferred, but I'm not particularly picky.

You can probably get by resoldering the flasher board, it's one of the 2 smaller boards that load in from the bottom of the black enclosure case. The main board, which controls functions like keyhole illum, security, & door open beep needs to be bought new, as the 89-91's main processor chip fails on the CPU commonly
