S6 Conversion
Hi all,
I am new to rotarys (I have seen the light), and have a stock S6 13b REW and gearbox that I would like to convert to Single turbo and I need it front engine mounted, for a project car I am building. I want to run a power steering pump but no A/C.
I have a single turbo exhaust manifold, Link ECU and I believe a 12a front cover will fit and convert it to front engine mount is there any thing else I need to consider? Oil pump???
Thanks for your help

So to convert a S6 13b rew from rear engine mount to front engine mount all I need is a 12a front cover and everything else off the 13b will bolt on to the 12a front cover???
A little help

A little help
Im no expert in the12A, but from my understanding the motor mount on the 12a is located on the front iorn, not the front cover, and you wont be able to swap it. however if you could live with having the mounts located in the center of the motor, the S4 and S5 13b mounts are on the center iorn, and you can swap your internals and housings over.

12A mounts on the front cover.
I don't know the specifics of how the oil pump, front stack and other related stuff will fit when the 12A cover is used on the REW. Check the 1st gen forum as people have done it before.
