S5 TII with ghost electrical problems, i need serious help.

Hey guys i have an 89 turbo 2 and i just rebuilt my motor completely.. everything is new new housings, all the seals are new, new bearings new everything, the motor is perfect.. now my problems started when i tried getting my first start going, it seemed as if the car wasnt getting proper fuel, which it wasn't i had the injector plugs from the harness backwards -.- so after i fixed that problem , i checked for spark and everything checked out ok, i now had fuel and spark, then after everything was put back in the car still wouldn't start.. so checked for spark again and nothing... now let me just say that i rewired my crank angle sensor plug with new wire and I check for continuity from the ecu all the way to the pins on the plug and it was perfect, i also checked for continuity at the actual crank angle sensor and it was good, i checked for 12v at the igniters, everything checked out there as well, so I checked for spark again and i had spark, tried to start it again and no spark again, it seems as if the car sparks when ever the hell it wants to and i even tried a different ecu and the same problem occured i also tried a different CAS, and one more thing i forgot to mention, in the process of troubleshooting all this, my alarm decided it wanted to start turning on at totally random points after i tried starting the car, so i cut my starter cut relay wire at the ecu to make sure im still getting spark and can still turn the car on, i grouned the Lightgreen/Black wire for the door key cylinder switch like reccomened here on the fourms.. and nothing, so i ended up pulling out the entire CPU just to get the car started and i would worry about that problem later, the final steps i took to try and trouble shoot the problem was making sure that all Ground Connections were good, so i added a ground to the battery terminal and made sure all my grounds were good coming from the ecu and the grounds on the block were good to. Im pretty knowledgeable when it comes to these cars and i have freaking tried everything and nothing... is still have ghost spark... HELP ME im loosing my mind!
thank you :P

Paragraphs are your friend. There is no way people are going to waste that much time reading that pile of letters you just posted.

Here read this instead I have updated my "situation" any how, its so much to explain so i just kept on going with the explanation.

Ok after checking nearly everything in my car i re grouned EVERYTHING in my car, charged my car battery to FULL to make sure im getting 100% sufficient voltage, i discovered my White signal wire from my crank angle sensor to the ECU had a weak ground and i was not receiving spark when i turned my Crank angle sensor with the key switch on, i then grounded that White signal wire and received PERFECT spark on all plugs, so i put everything back together and tried cranking and getting spark with the starter pushing the CAS and no spark now.. please help im stuck

check all the wiring connections at the ecu main plug. slightly pull on every wire on the back of the connector. look for broken wires or pins out of place in the connector
