S5 Rear Stabilizers Replacement?

Question S5 Rear Stabilizers = Rear sway bar?
Hello all,

S5 1990 GXL

Is the part in the red part of the rear sway bar? This #6 part broke right where it mounts to the chassis and rear diff mount (I Marked it in YELLOW where is snapped off).
