S5 emmision removal questions?
Ok first im deleting everything in my bay that is not needed because of problem i am having. im following these instructions:
Rotary Resurrection home of the budget rebuild.
and i have a few questions. in step 6. it says to connect the oil injection vac lines to a tee and then run that line but it doesnt say where to run it to. the one pic looks like it goes into the intake? or should it go to a vac on the manifold.
next the wiring on the emissions rack/ ratsnest seems to be just sitting there? what do all those plugs do/ control. there will be nothing to plug them into when the emissions rack is gone.
with the acv delete the 5th 6th ports wont function. if there wired open how much power is lost in the low end? and would it be worth it to do electric 6port vdi mod?
thanks Dominick

what problem are you having that you think an emissions delete will solve it?
This method usually has some consequences to it and even though it may clean up the bay, that stuff was meant to do something!
Case and point,a quote from your link:
". Expect to have to hold your foot on the gas for several seconds or a minute, for the engine to warm up enough to run on its own."
