S4 Aftermarket ECU wiring

Hi guys,
I have a S4 with S5 engine and have decided to put in an aftermarket ecu.
After searching I can find a lot of info about people swapping S5 and S4 ecu's and engines but nothing about wiring up aftermarket ecu's.

The engine has no OMP, A/C and emissions have been blocked up.

Is this list of things that will need to get wired complete?
CAS
TPS
MAP
Injectors
Ignition
Air temp
oil temp
water temp
O2 sensor
Fuel pump relay

I have removed the main engine loom and planned out CAS, TPS, MAP and injectors but have got stuck about the stock s4 ignition.

Any help or pointers would be great!

You pretty well got it down to run the engine.
The Stock harness has the wiper harness on it though,so you will have to unwrap the harness and take it off if you plan on having any wipers.

Engine harness removed, I guess that meant the front harness needs to be taken apart for the wipers and ignition?
Does anyone know the pin inputs to the coils?

If you get a flying lead harness you can attach the wires to the coils, etc yourself.
The "Haltech Guru" I deal off of..C Ludwig..will actually make you a harness that will attach to everything that you want to run on that engine..just plug and play.
Most aftermarket Ecu's should have schematic wiring diagrams to attach the wiring to the car and engine,so you just have to follow instructions.

This info is useful to you if you decide to go to an Aftermarket Ecu..but then again you should see what is available in your area and the availability of having a decent tuner or a guy that you can bounce questions off of if you come up against a wall.
