RX7's and Rust checks?

As some of you know, I'm currently looking for a good specimen to get my hands on. I'm currently in an area where rust is a serious concern for vehicles.

On the later generation RX7's is there any particular areas that I should pay special attention to? I'd hate to get a nice example only to find out I can't even put it on a lift due to it having a rusted out frame.

Unless seriously neglected, the only place I recall seeing rust on the FDs is in the front windshield or rear hatch glass channels and the quarter panel dog legs. The former from water sitting over time. The latter caused by blocked drains for the sunroof.

I assume I'll still want to check under the car to make sure all is well. Most examples I've seen appear to be pretty clean fortunately. Though I'm also very concerned about how they look internally.

I'll be sure to check the areas you mentioned whenever I'm finally in the market for one.
