RX7 turbo 2 Stock motor re-install?

I am thinking about buying a turbo two rx7 shell for about $800 and all it needs is a running motor. I have found a turbo 2 motor that is in fact in the guys car that he is selling so I know it runs and I will hopefully buy that for $800 or $1000. My question is how easy or difficult is re-installing a stock turbo two motor into a stock turbo two shell? Everything is there that needs to be there and the car is a 1987 and the motor is a 1988 so I think they are both s4. will it be too hard? and for a total price for a turbo two rx7 is $1800 a good deal? The motor and tranny have 70k miles on them. thank you and please let me know if this is a good idea.

If you can follow instructions, then you can swap the engine (electric motor, gas engine). There are detailed instructions in the Haynes manual (local auto parts store) or the FSM (see the FAQ).

Essentially it's just unbolting one part and bolting in another. Just time consuming. Also replace all your hoses and belts while you are there.
