RX7 FC N/A Clunking

I have a 1986 rx-7 n/a. Whenever I am driving and downshift into first I hear and feel a little bit of a clunk. It also happens if i am sitting still and put the clutch in and out. Does anybody have an idea of where I should start to look?

From: Smiths Falls.(near Ottawa!.Mapquest IT!)

Check any mounts associated with the drivetrain.Especially the front differential mount.
