Hope I am not breaking any club rules. I have been storing an original dual exhaust for a friend for 20 or so years. My Mazda friend died more than a decade ago. Only Mazda I have owned is my current Mazda 3.
My friend took delivery of his RX-7? and immediately had a super charger (perhaps turbo) to his car then had a custom exhaust system added.
I am cleaning out the garage and having all my scrap metal picked up on Monday or Tuesday if there is no interest in this muffler.
Please let me know what you think... hate to see a perfect OEM part go to scrap.


If worth saving I can set it aside if any interest.

This looks like a RX-8 or NC Miata muffler. If it's in good shape, definitely save it. You'll make someone's day by having this.

 

I agree with the above, definitely save it until you find someone that needs it. You may find that someone will come and get it sooner rather than later!

Appears to be a Miata muffler over an RX-8 muffler. The RX-8's muffler has a longer pipe extending from the muffler to the converter.
