Removing Lower Intake Manifold 94 RX7
Just out of curiosity from the more experienced RX7 gear heads,
On a 94 FD, Is it possible to remove the lower intake manifold while the motor is still in the engine bay? Do I have to remove the stock twins completely to do the lower intake gasket?
Anyone have tips & tricks for doing this?
I posted about a month ago and resolved most of the issues with the 94. It drives great but has hesitation (cruising between 1600-2400 RPM, mainly deceleration) and idling issues. I am planning on working on replacing all the vacuum lines with silicon hoses and potentially the lower intake gasket.
Any advice would greatly be appreciated. :] Learning to work on these FD's are turning out to be very fun!
