After dropping my motor back in I'm considering leaving my power steering off. My car is a weekend Car nothing to extreme. It sure makes changing spark splugs a lot easier and cleans up the engine bay a bit.

How are these cars to drive around with the p.s. re moved?

What is the proper wsy to remove it? Do you just un bolt the p.s. unit take off a few lines and call it good? What about a manual steering rack?

 

Well have you ever driven an old chevy pre -70's? well its nothing like that more like a prelude or 4 door civic with not power stearing... lots of people do it but keep it incase you decide to sell it

The motor is in and running, but doesn't want to shift while its running. Thats a whole new thread. It looks like a little more down time.
