Removal/block off of emission controls.

Removal/block off of emission controls.
I have a 93 FD with a street port and Pettit racing ECU. I live in a rural area where I don't require e-tests on my vehicle. I have done some research on removal of emission control components but it seems as though there are too many options.
Could anyone tell me what Is the best method? Where to buy the block off plates I need? And what size belt I will need without the air pump. ( god I hate the noises that thing makes). Im allready modified to a full exhaust (down pipe, mid pipe, cat back) so I'm not worries about cataylitic converter failure due to lack of air pump.
Anyways, any help would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks.
Scott.

*I'm not sure. But if you haven't already you might want to give Pettit a call and see if you will get CELs with no emissions. A standalone may be required to avoid that.
*I second the recommendation for Banzai's block-off plates. I was happy.
*Removing the airpump you have two basic choices to keep sufficient contact with the waterpump pulley..... (1) Move to an under-driven pulley set (larger diameter) and find a shorter belt, or (2) get an idler pulley to replace the one lost with the airpump. There are some pros and cons with either choice. If you want, I can tell you which way I went and why, but you might want to search for more info in the 3rd Gen. Section and make up your own mind.
*With that open exhaust, you might want to also search the stickys for information about boost CREEP. Hi-flow cats like BONEZ are fine without an airpump.
