Recommended Goodies for my upgrade
Hey Guys been reading loads of stuff on this website really plenty good info here so I though I would ask you opinions and suggestions
I've got a 1995 RX7 Bathurst and Im putting a 13B cosmo engine in
Current goodies
13B como engine
3mm RA apex seals & atkins cryogenetically treated side and corner seals
upgraded intercooler
unpgraded radiator
t72 turbo
Tarlton race button clutch
walbro 2000hp fuel pump
whats gonna happen
getting the engine bridgeported and dowled with 5 extra dowls for strength in the engine looking to boost 1.5 Bar or more
changing the clutch from a pull to a push type clutch
gonna put 2 boost controllers in one for low and one for High boost and we gonna have a switch to activate wich boost controller to use kinda like a NOS system just without the NOS
my concerns are will the drive train handle the power especially the thrust bearing and LSD and is there anything I've missed
Thanks

Well if you go with the parts exactly as specified on that list, the engine will blow.
I don't see an EMS anywhere, nor do I see reference to injectors.
That's also kind of a silly way to control boost. Get a proper electronic boost controller or use the boost control functions of the EMS system.
You've described about a 650HP build, which the stock drivetrain will stand up to....mostly. It depends on how you are driving the car.

My Bad...
lol
EMS we using is a Spitronics EMS full sequential system its what the guys use here in South Africa.
About the boost control I dunno not too convinced on the solinoid valves these electronic boost controller come with
but will test both systems before we done.
forgot to mention also adding an aluminium flywheel so it can rev like a bike
will post when its all done
Sweet thanks for the feedback guys if you have more suggestions please let me know... thanks much appreciated

I don't know anything about that ECU so I can't comment. As long as it fully supports rotary ignition it should do the job. And injector staging.
Electronic boost controllers work fine. Don't know about South Africa but in North America they are basically all people use (when they can afford them).
