Hey again guys

alright so i am rebuilding my carb, and i have it on the bench pretty much broken down and disassembled. It seems to me like there is a lot of extra crap on this crab that i might not need. (ie. the sub zero start assist). I live in Alabama on the Florida border, and my car currently is stock. Is there anything that is not needed that i can remove to make life easier? (aside from the rats nest..which i plan on removing but thought a running car should be the first step).
