Exclamation Rebuild and port starting problems HELP!!

Ok so i had a pro rebuild and mild port my 13b n/a for my 88 rx7. ill try to give as much info as possible for you guys on what i have done and what is going on. after the rebuild the reassembly went by the book and when i tried starting it it would just flood so i researched and adjust everything to be more lean as well as pulled started it. after it would start i ran very very crappy well after a long and kinda half *** timing it runs alot better and will also start just from the starter but now ive ran into another problem. it will start but after about a min it will just dying no spudering or roughness just from 4000rpm to 0 researched and checked my fuel pump and its getting 3.8volts as well as it seems like when im trying to start it sometimes it floods then other times its bone dry lean. any help or pointers would be great. if you have any other questions plz ask

I'm not a FC guy so I can't help. I will say this though:
- Use paragraphs
- Use punctuation

Trying to read your thread gives me a headache. If you want people to read your thread, make it easy on them to read by using paragraphs and punctuation.
