rear suspension
what suspension mods wil i need to stiffen up and adjust the rear suspension?

You can purchase a set up struts and lowering springs or you can spend a few more bucks and buy adjustable coilovers.

If you are going to lower the rear significantly and will probably want a rear camber adjuster bar and/or the adjustable camber adjusters. Solid bushings will take up a little slack, but they don't work with the camber adjusting pieces. Pick your poison. This isn't the only place to get these kinds of parts, but just to give you an idea of what's out there. http://www.mazdatrix.com/h6_86-92.htm

Cheers I have seen these about just need to trace where to get the right ones as I wil definitely be lowering it a lot , anything else suspension and chassis wise available for the little fc?
