Lightbulb horn goes off at high rpms

So I have a 88 non turbo rx7. Ever since I have owned the car if I get the rpms up high some type of a horn goes off??? Is this some sort of a warning siren telling me to shift or is it just a horn MALFUNCTION???

There is a redline buzzer that will sound at ~6800 RPM. It's not the horn.

Now all I wanna do is be able to rewire the horn and the buzzer and watch hilarity ensue, hah

it is also a low oil and low coolant indicator.
If you are hitting that buzzer Frequently then you should drive a little lighter on the foot.I can't see hitting redline in every gear all the time.
Taking that buzzer out is possible,(depin it at the speedo) but it will no longer be a warning indicator.
