Rear Lower Control Arm Question

Im trying to remove my rear lower control arm to replace the bushings (Energy), is there anyway to remove without dropping the rear subframe?

also noticed there were 2 other bushings on the rear lower control arm, but I cant find anyone that makes upgraded replacement bushings, i checked both racingbeat and mazdatrix (was able to find oem on mazdatrix only)
