I'm in need of a few of the filters that go on a few of the rats nest solenoids. Local Mazda said they aren't a part that can be ordered with buying the entire solenoid. Does anyone know if there is somewhere to source them aside from other members that have gone single? I'm not opposed to seeing up a WTB thread, just wanted to check if they're were any new options first.

I haven't looked into dismantling, but I have two that are completely missing what I imagine would be the cap to the filter with the little X that holds the media in place, but I do have one that I could try to rebuild. I'll check it out this evening and get some pictures. Probably still need at least one other as I have no idea how to secure the filter media with it that X.

Just buy a used rats nest, or I also heard the solenoids came on old mazdas in general like the protege or the miata.
