Where can I buy Solenoid on "Rats Nest" - AESA127 - 2
Hey All,
Broke the nipple when I was changing vac hoses.
Did a search, and now I am looking for a site that supplies this part, seeing if it would be cheaper than going to Mazda for it.
AESA127 - 2
Pressure Regulator Control Solenoid Valve
According to 4A 1988 FSM
Also has an Orange Dot

lol, serious? People delete emissions all the time, you can probably find someone local thats done it and buy the solenoid for nothing.
Or I can sell you one for $5 plus shipping.

I believe that is the FPR solenoid. It only works if the engine is hot and only for a few seconds. At other times the path b/t the two hose is connected to each other. So in the mean time just splice the two hose together.
Or go to the EGR solenoid if you have a series four car and swap the EGR solenoid for the FPR solenoid. Cap off the EGR solenoids hose when doing so. EGR does squat for emissions tests and nothing at all for starting the car ........idling the car............full speed aheading the car. Not much use at all
You might have to rearrange the filter b/t the two. The filter pulls straight off and can be put on any nipple. Make sure the EGR looks exactly like the FPR one that you broke when reinstalling it.
EDIT: Since you have a series five I just wasted you time. The above does not apply to series five.
Any of the solenoids will work. They are all the same it's just where the filter is installed on them that makes the difference in operation. The filter just pulls off and can be put on any nipple.
