I read in a different post that if it does not work u would still get a fuel cut, I haven't read anything else about fcd going wrong and doing harm to your engine.

If the fuel system remains stock and you increase boost, or get a boost spike due to boost creep (http://fc3spro.com/TECH/HOWTO/KWG/kwg.html), an FCD will just allow you to produce dangerous pressure levels. Beyond about 9 psi (fuel cut is 8.6psi), you'll start to run lean. But if you leave the boost low, and have a stock-ish exhaust system, you shouldn't have an issue. Same goes for taking appropriate measures to ensure you have more fuel delivery than stock (injectors, pump, computer).

Hello bro thanks for the useful information =)
fyi im running on stock 0.5bar boost with 3inch exhaust system (all direct & having a 3inch inlet muffler only)
after i plug the KFCD to my car, i feel my backfire even bigger (i think due to even more unburnt fuel send out) and somemore my spark plugs are in bad condition now
isit the normal syndrome ?

anyway, do you know how can i check my injector size ?
thanks in advance =D

A full 3" exhaust can cause boost creep over stock levels, so be careful. Porting the wastegate would be a very good idea.

FCDs don't change fuel at all. They just trick the ECU into thinking pressure is below the normal cut-off.

You can tell if the injectors are stock by the color/shape/PN. Aftermarket parts you'll have to send them out for flow testing.

What size injectors does my RX-7 use? What colour are they?

If the wastegate is ported too far, the flapper door won't seal, which will cause the turbo to spool up slower & reduce peak pressure.

sorry bro for the late reply...been busy recently
i see....im running 0.5bar (7psi) on knightsports turbine and sheepdog BOV
when revving the engine, the blowoff doesnt sound solid/peak at all
i've checked all the piping and all of them are ok
isit possible my turbine problem ? or its not a big issue ?
maybe i need to take the video for easier understanding =)

Some BOVs are adjustable. Maybe yours is set incorrectly and never opening.

In any event, a BOV is not necessarily needed. Some factory turbo cars do not have them, and there are people that do not run them on their aftermarket setups.

yea, this sheepdog is adjustable
i've tried to adjust it to the most loose, it can release fast, but the blowoff sounds not so solid, like pssstttttchiuuuu............ pulling very long
