AZ Oil nozzle vacuum lines

Anyone know EXACTLY what the vaccume lines are doing on the top of the oil injector nozzles, I know they have check ***** in the nozzle (s) that sometimes actually work, but why vaccume?? isn't this kinda strange, I've never traced the vaccume , and the amount thereof, but just what do they have to do with dumping oil into my housings????

My only thought was a warm up feature, i know rotary's are famous for their warm up ritual(s) ???

Thanks,
Rick

They're not vacuum lines. They're connected to a metered air source before the throttle plates, so incoming air helps force oil into the engine.
