Post a guide to the rats nest

Hello guys im new to forums and how they work, basically i have made a detailed definitive guide to the rats nest including pictures and photos on how to assemble, relocate, test and diagnose, complete with illustrations on how the entire system works, i have used images from various sources but i have also made a lot of them myself and think this guide would save people hours and hours of work and further there understanding of how it works

Outstanding! And given the topic, making it as comprehensive as you've indicated is no small feat. When your post count is high enough you could post it in 3rd Gen. TECHNICAL section. There it will get exposure...and some review by experienced guys and possibly added to the FAQ sticky for all to easily reference. A quick check and I see a couple threads in the FAQ under "Vacuum (hose)" but one is a dead link.

You don't need to start a new thread when you get to your post count limit. When you have something to add, just reply to the thread you started

And you have a day or so to edit a post if you need to make any changes

Black box vac diagram
Ive had a hell of a time diagnosing my sequential system on my 99spec. Mostly due to intermittent solenoids failing, even brand new solenoids (brought 17 all failed on the bench) had a slow leak in my turbo control actuator aswell. This diagram helped me grasp the logic of the vac system on a 99 spec with the black box of death. Im running mac valves now and havent looked back!
