OMP Leak

So the OMP has a very little leak, and before I decide to do anything with it I wanted to get some opinions on my options. I was thinking of either block off plate and premix, or rebuild kit/new OMP. How often does the OMP become a problem with leaks? I premix a little less then 1/4 ounce per gal of fuel atm right now, so the chore of premixing doesn't bother me I would just like to know if you guys do a full premix whats your ratio you swear by. Thanks for looking and replys

usually it's the lines that leak not the pump itself. at least that's been my experience.

Had the same problem -lines leaking at bottom but clamped with screw clips but have noticed leakage from front plate so will have to take off and seal with RTV.
Impossible to do in situ.I prefer the OMP to premix-a step forward I think -from the old days of premixing !!!as in 2 stroke bikes.

IF its the OMP that needs a rebuild pineappleracing.com sells a no-brainer rebuild kit (its just seals that go) that includes a how-to video for about $25 IIRC
