Ports above spark plugs. What are they?

Question Ports above spark plugs. What are they?

Hey,

I have a 1991 RX7 that I purchased with no motor. I have a replacement motor and I am reassembling it. I have figured out the 4 oil injection lines (2 to block, 2 to Intake ports) but there are 2 ports above the spark plugs that look just like the oil injection ports on the block. I cannot tell from the Haynes manual what goes in there and don't see any parts in my collection that look like they would go there.

So, my questions are: What are these ports function?
What does the part that goes in them look like?
What are they called?

Turbo engine right? On the N/A, those ports are blocked off.

They are the knock sensor ports. See attachment
