Plug the oil injectors

I only have one car and it's my 7. Before I pull the oil injectors out and plug them, I would like to find out what size and thread-pitch bolt I should use to plug the holes.

pluggin' holes too

my mind was probabaly somewhere else. i fugured out my original problem was a vacum leak under the upper manifold. i'm replacing the gaskets and the fuel injector gromets and o-rings. i would like to take the injectors out but i guess i could get away with capping off the fittings if i can't find the right bolt

Why not take an Oil injector OUT and go To Napa. They got Metric bolts that will fit the holes.
That is what I did..Oh,by the way,get some copper crush washers just to make sure that the bolt seals in Good.

Heres the plugs you can get they look better than a bolt and use an allen wrench pretty fool proof

Or you can get the whole block off kit from here

Any specific reason you are doing this? If this is a street driven car, it is far less of a pain in the *** to keep the metering oil system.

thank you

I took the metering system out because someone reapaired the lines with waher fluid hose and it was leaking all over the place. i also took it out because of carbon buildup. i don't want to ruin the seals.

btw i left the injectors in for two reasons. i didn't have a ride to match the size and i couldn't get them out 14 is too big 13 is too small and it's not supposed to be 13 anyways second reason is they were super tight and my Snappy wrench was about to round it off

i should just get the flank drive set

This is not the case. You're going to be introducing more oil into the engine by premixing than the oil metering system would. The stock system uses very little oil at idle and low throttle. When you premix, you'll be adding enough oil to lubricate properly at WOT, but you'll be doing it at all times.

oil metering

so what is the harm besides going through plugs faster? my n/a s5 never had a problem but i'm woried about carbon on this one. i would perfer to burn clean 2 stroke oil

I'm fairly sure the metering oil nozzles are 14MM but you need a very thin wrench to reach them. I have an old Toyota branded 14MM wrench I ground down to fit.

I think the thread size is M8 x 1.0. The easiest thing would be to take an oil injector to a fastener store.

As mentioned, carbon buildup shouldn't be an issue. The majority of carbon buildup comes from fuel and not oil. To prevent the carbon, just keep the engine in good tune.

M10 fine thread Bolts..they may need to be cut to Fit as Mine were too long. But I got them in 2 days ago..Fit good.look good..DONE..Cut to about an inch per bolt.
I noticed that you said you are leaving the Nozzles IN??.that may cause a Problem.I am thinking a Mini Vacuum leak.( I could be wrong though.) but the Bolts and Crush washers assure that will be no leaks at the Oil Injector area.(that is why I removed and :capped them" with bolts).

^ Good point. Leaving the nozzles in will create openings that lead directly into the intake runners & ports. You'll have 4 new vacuum leaks to make the engine refuse to idle.
