please help fc dont start
So i was driving from washington state back home to cali (drove up to wa three days before this) and was on my tenth hour of drivin with cruise control at 70. i down shifted into fourth to get around a car was pry at 5000rpm and all of a sudden the car ran like crap had no power started a low knock. no matter what rpm i was at it had no power and felt like it was missing. i start to pull to the side of the road and pushed the clutch in and it died. i used my momentum to push start it, to get off the road. turned it off now wont start.

When you say that it doesn't start, do you mean it doesn't crank or it just doesn't get running after cranking? That kind of information really helps to understand what it might be.
Some checks you can do:
Check if your car really has fuel, because sometimes the fuel gauge goes wrong and it tells you that the car has fuel when it really hasn't.
Also check to see if the spark plug wires are well connected and clean. I once had a problem when the car was running fine one day, and then the next day it wouldn't start at all. When I checked, I saw this:
So, I don't know how, but the spark plug wire had blown in the tip where it connects, and so it had "jumped" out of place.
So, check those things first. If they are ok, then check the engine compression just like Aaron said.

so one of the apex seals went out on the back rotor i have a new 13b na waiting on hold but i have not decided. it is rebuilt has 40,000 before the rebuild and is at 44,000 it has a warranty and stuff but is it worth a new motor. i kno its easy to swap but would i be better off with a new car or a new motor. idk much about rx7s its my favorite so far but im at a stand still

If you have some knowledgeable friends whom have mechanical experience, then you could probably have the engine swap done in a weekend.
Or if the time/money is too much, then another car may be the best choice.
