Unhappy please help....=(

hi everyone,

i was uninstalling the alternator and i accidentally contacted the positive terminal on to the engine block...i know it was stupid of me not disconnect the battery in the first place...but not im not getting power to my dash and car wont start...im in deep need of help..this is the only car i have to get around and im not getting any power...

Most likely just blew a fuse. Check all your underhood fuses and the ones under the dash.
