VA PFC VMOP Help

I recently purchased a PowerFC for my 92 RX7 FD. I followed the guide to set up the PFC and while running the sensor checks, I noticed my VMOP stays around 1.07-1.09. While giving it throttle it does fluctuate up to ~1.5-1.7 but doesn't go any higher. From my searching, ive read it should be from a 1V-5V in respect to throttle. Does this mean my OMP is bad? It isn't stuck on 1 number specifically like ive read in other forums.

Also, upon regular acceleration, the VMOP on the PFC dips below 1V at ~0.97 which causes it to go out of spec. My overhead exhaust light flashes for a brief second until it corrects itself to over 1V. I started premixing in case the OMP has failed. Any suggestions? Is my OMP bad? Should I premix 0.5oz per gallon or 1oz or gallon to be safe? I have the stock ECU and from my research, if the OMP failed, the stock ecu would go into limp mode and throw a code which is does not.

Not sure what my next steps would be to diagnose this issue but I haven't taken it out much to avoid any major issues,
Thanks for any help.

The OMP/MOP is also 'load' dependent. Before being too alarmed, I'd take it out and monitor the voltage with load on the engine (accelerate quickly in 2nd or 3rd gear) and see what you get.
Not familiar with JDM cars and not certain what voltage 'dip' is all about, but it might be an indication there is a problem since exhaust light comes on. If they have limp mode like our NADM cars, then you could re-install your stock ECU and see if it goes into limp.

Yep. From what I've read it should sort of increase in voltage along with the TPS. So the more throttle you give the higher voltage it receives.

I would verify wiring integrity, verify you have oil in the OMP lines, verify voltage increase under load. If all that checks out i'd then probably try adding some grounds and see if that helps the voltage dip.

Thanks for you inputs! I took it out a couple days ago and noticed it stayed in ~1.05 - 1.5 driving casually. I replaced my stock cat with a catless system so I haven't been hesitant to hit any boost until I can get it tuned. It seems to stay fairly consistent with the VTA1 reading but the VTA2 gets between 2-3. Ill have to verify the lines have oil like you mentioned and see if I can add grounds for the voltage dip. Any suggestions on the best place to add ground to?

When I reinstalled the stock ecu to verify, the car didn't go into limp mode. No codes or lights.
