I have my first rx7 managed to pick it up for 325 bucks I knew it had some issues that needed to be fixed befor it was road ready so I'm going over the engine compartment and i pull the Intake out and i find some melted wires both going to some sensors that are located on what I thought was part of the egr valve but all the sensors I have looked at that are available for this vehicle none match the original I have access to on-demand and mitchells but I can't get a component location chart with this part listed I'm sure someone else has a had this similar problem and knows what the part is called and what its apart of if you can help that would be great its hard to explain so I have pics in my albums one is of the part on the engine and the other is the actual sensor itsself I need the names of the sensors that go their and what that part itself is called

If you didn't know already you are working on a 86-88 non-turbo. You should be able to find the information you need in the fuel and emissions control section. Check out the parts fiche at the bottom if you need part numbers.

 

Oh lol my bad I'm seeing my phone to do all the typing so its kinda hard to see what all i spelled and typed wrong but yeah it's a second gen 86 non turbo and ive figured out its an air control valve after 4 days of google and searching images on eBay no local parts store keeps anything on this part so I'm left with trying to find a rx7 parts professional like a junk yard that strictly deals with rx7s but I dont need the whole valve just the sensors but I'm gonna double check the emission forum I didn't see it when I checked it befor i posted this. Thanks for the help though
