OMP and Premix

hey guys i was wondering i own an 86 GXL and i was wondering would it cause extra carbon buildup if i still use the stock OMP and premix my gas....or will this acutally help burn out carbon? im pretty sure it isnt going to hurt anything just making sure before i do.

You can premix with the OMP, I don't know what it will do for carbon. Probably not much of anything unless you are premixing with Amsoil.

BTW, premixing with omp active is 4oz per tank of gas.

Going on 30k miles with 128:1 and OMP. Inspection though exhaust ports showed very clean rotors. Compression and vacuum been stellar every time it's been tested.

Why do you want to premix while still using the stock pump?

Unless you are tracking the car, this is unnecessary.

Add a can of Seafoam to the tank every oil change. That will clean out an reduce carbon build up.
