this plug...have no clue where it goes to....

it has one wire going to it

and what do i connect this to???? or can i cap it off.

Hard to see in your pictures, can you tell us the wire colors?

 

The top looks like the coolant temp sensor wire, which plugs in under the oil filter.

And the bottom is the air inlet for the BAC valve. If you have no BAC, then yes, you can cap it. I'd use a hose clamp on whatever you cap it with too.
