Leaping Lizards! My OMP line has snapped!

I can't seem to find any real good threads about this and all the auto stores in town just looked at me like my car was the hover-craft from the jetsons. Has anyone replaced these lines before? What size are they? Where do I find them?

I hate to be a bother, but this needs to get fixed pronto. This car is my daily driver.

Should I just premix in the mean-time? . . . I've never done that before.
