oil pressure
i have an 87 TII. i put in a mechanical oil pressure gauge in about 7 months back.
the pressure read 30 psi at idle for about 4 months. about 3 months ago the pressure dropped to 28 psi and now the pressure is about 22 psi at idle. it has slowly been dropping. At 3000 rpm it was reading 68 psi but now it reads 64-66 psi.
i know that these readings are within normal specs but i would like to know what is causing it and i would like to try and fix it
i have searched pages after pages and i havent found an answer.
