Now my car wont even start!!!

Ok so after changing my fuel filter and getting my injecters clean it started for a minute then cut off ... it will not start anymore its getting fuel.and spark. I Made sure it wasn't flooded and i de flooded it. What can be the problem I also changed my MAF sensor from a s5 and I have a s4 model. But it started before I changed that.

Uh, you need a the matching AFM for your car. Unless you changed all the wiring it just won't plug in. And even then, there are airflow/voltage curve differences. Change back to the proper AFM.

Did you connect the fuel lines in the proper order? It is easy to reverse the feed and return line.

No I just changed the whole maf sensor not any harnessor anything. And it sounds flooded like everytime I put the egi fuse in it . It fires then stops. I push started it and It started up for about 5 seconds with whie smoke comming out the exhaust. Also it started after I changed the fuel pump so I don't think it would be the fuel lines swapped from what I can remember the left line is the return and right is the sending line. This is from the view of facing the trunk.

An S4 AFM has 7 wires while its S5 counterpart has only 5 wires so there's something wrong here as one cannot be plugged into the other's harness.

exactly./\.
how you plugged an s5 afm into the s4 afm connector is a question that can only be answered by you.
Show PICS.

Well some how I did because it started after that the conneter plugged right into it. I would take pics but its at my shop so I will be able to tommorrow. But any ideas what it can be because it started aftr I installed that and I even drove it a little before my problems started accuring which is it bogging down and stalling. That's why I changed the maf sensor in the 1st place

Swap back to the proper AFM. Check the fuel feed and return lines.

Ok i changed my MAF sensor back and took my spark plugs out and put ATF in them and after i did that it started right up for about 5 seconds.and every other time when i would try to cut it one it will only stay on for about 3 seconds if i press the gas to hard it will cut off. WHat do you guys think it can be? and also i dont think this is affecting it but just letting you guys know i also have a S5 fuel pump.

S5 fuel pump is no problem.

Test the fuel pump switch in the AFM as well as fuel pump relay. Sounds like it's not working.

You can also jump the yellow test connector at the passenger shock tower to force the fuel pump to run. If the car now runs, then the problem is in the fuel pump cut circuit.

check all your vacuum lines and make sure the manifolds are all tightened down properly.

ok well i jumped the yellow test connecter and it still did not run after about 5 seconds. when it starts it will maybe rev at 800 shaking and sometimes it will finally go up to 3000 and rev then cut off. if i press the gas to hard it will bogg and shut right off.

Big vacuum leaks would be my next guess.

i wish it was something that easy but i checked for vacuum leaks didn't find any. one time while it was running i sprayed starting fluid in it and reved it and it never bogged once. so to me it seems like its not getting enough fuel.

Big leaks can hide easily. Like a huge crack in the air duct or TID between the AFM and turbo/throttle body.

It's probably also a good idea at this point to check your AFM as per the instructions in the FSM.

And, uh, are you sure there's fuel in the car? Yes, this has happened and I spent an hour trying to figure out why the car wouldn't start...

As I mentioned, test the AFM. The FSM has a complete procedure. Easy to do with a meter.
