Not Starting! Need Help!

Heres my problem. I have a 1987 Rx7 non turbo and i cant seem to get her started again. The lights still work but my ac will not turn on and my engine wont crank at all. im not sure if i need a new starter or maybe have a short in my wire running to the starter. possibly a blown fuse? im fairly new to owning a rotary engine so im not having the best of luck. any help could be great and muchly appreciated.

is the battery good? terminals clean and tight? check the small wire going to the starter solenoid that it's still attached and hasn't came loose. the ac compressor clutch probably wont engage unless the engine is running and full of freon.
